Backstory:

• Originally developed by an acquaintance, Engagement Monster was acquired as a form of payment for joining the Tier5 Partner program.

• The original code was poorly developed and minimized, making it difficult for the development team to enhance or add new functionalities.

• As a result, a decision was made to develop a new version, Engagement Monster AI, from scratch.
