Development
Genius Messenger CRM (GMCRM) was developed as a client/service relationship for one of Tier5's partners.
It was initially created to fulfill a partner's request, aligning with Tier5's own plans to develop a similar software.
Tier5 joined the software's reseller program, allowing them to issue accounts to their customers.
